The autographed photo of Joey Saputo at the Renato Dall'Ara Stadium

A unique keepsake for every red-and-blue fan, bringing together the president of Bologna and the architectural symbol of his home. The color photograph shows Joey Saputo in profile, wearing a dark coat and white shirt, on the pitch of the Renato Dall'Ara Stadium, with the famous Marathon Tower and red-and-blue flags waving above the stand behind him. The original autograph is signed with a blue marker in the upper left corner of the photo, accompanied by the handwritten inscription "Forza Bologna": a detail that makes the piece even more meaningful for collectors devoted to the club from Bologna. The 29.8 x 20.2 cm format is ideal for framing and display.

The protagonist: Joey Saputo

Joey Saputo (Montreal, September 25, 1964), an Italian-Canadian businessman of Sicilian origin, has been the president of Bologna Football Club since November 2014, after acquiring the club with his group in October of that year. In Canada, he founded and led the Montreal Impact, now CF Montréal, bringing it to Major League Soccer in 2012. Under his presidency, Bologna enjoyed the most successful season in its recent history: qualification for the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League, sixty years after its last appearance in Europe's premier competition, and the 2024/25 Coppa Italia victory, the club's first trophy in over fifty years.

What is an original autographed photo?

An original autographed photo is an image on which the subject has personally signed by hand, using real ink and with documented provenance. It can be distinguished from reproductions with printed signatures by verifiable elements: the irregular and natural pressure of the strokes, the ink's texture and reflections on the surface, and the spontaneity of the handwriting. Autographs by club presidents are rarer than those by football players and, when accompanied by a message dedicated to the team, take on even greater collectible and sentimental value.
