AC Milan

AC Milan

Associazione Calcio Milan is an Italian football club based in Milan, founded on December 16, 1899, by Herbert Kilpin along with a group of English and Italian partners. Nicknamed "Rossoneri" (red and blacks) or "Diavolo" (Devil) due to their kit colors, AC Milan plays in Serie A and has played its home matches at San Siro Stadium since 1926. With 19 Scudetti, 7 Champions League titles, and 50 official trophies, AC Milan is the second most successful Italian club of all time and the Italian team with the most international successes in football history.

The Rossoneri history

AC Milan won their first Scudetto in 1901, two years after their foundation, with a 3-0 victory over Genoa in the knockout tournament that was then the Italian championship. The 1950s saw a new golden era with the legendary Swedish trio "Gre-No-Li" — Gren, Nordahl, Liedholm — and four Scudetti between 1951 and 1959. In the 1960s, Milan experienced its first great international cycle under Nereo Rocco, winning the first European Cup in Italian football history in 1963 against Benfica at Wembley. The most triumphant era coincides with the presidency of Silvio Berlusconi (1986-2017): Arrigo Sacchi's "Immortals" Milan won two consecutive European Cups in 1989 and 1990 with Van Basten, Gullit, and Rijkaard, redefining world football. In the 1990s, Fabio Capello won four Scudetti in five years, while Carlo Ancelotti in the 2000s brought two Champions Leagues (2003, 2007) with Maldini, Nesta, Pirlo, Kaká, Shevchenko, and Inzaghi. In total, the Rossoneri have won 19 Scudetti, 7 Champions Leagues, and 50 official trophies in over a century of history. Six Rossoneri players have won the Ballon d'Or: Rivera, Gullit, van Basten, Weah, Shevchenko, and Kaká.

AC Milan jerseys: autographed, player issued, and match worn store

The AC Milan jerseys available on MTM Memorabilia represent the most extensive collectible documentation of the Devil. The catalog includes three distinct types of official jerseys. Autographed store jerseys are commercial versions signed by the protagonists of Rossoneri history, from the great champions of the Immortals to contemporary figures. Player issued jerseys are official items assigned by the club to players for training, on the bench, or as reserves, identical to game-worn jerseys but not used in official matches. Match worn jerseys are actually worn on the field during official competitions, the rarest and most sought-after item by international collectors. Each jersey covers different seasons and protagonists: from the Adidas years of the 1980s to the Lotto, Opel-Adidas eras of European triumphs, Mediolanum, Bwin, Fly Emirates, up to recent Puma seasons. The provenance of each jersey is documented, and its authenticity is verified by our experts.
