Piero Chiambretti Autographed Photograph – Studio Portrait – COA Included

Piero Chiambretti's autographed photograph: the host's iconic gesture

A color promotional photograph depicts a smiling Piero Chiambretti, wearing a blue and green plaid jacket with his hand raised in a theatrical gesture typical of his direct and irreverent communication style. The 20.3x15.2 cm shot captures the Piedmontese host with the ironic expression that has made him, from the eighties to today, one of the most recognizable and original faces of Italian television. The original autograph, applied with a black marker in a broad and loose stroke, is clearly visible on the right side of the image. A collector's item for those who have followed decades of cult programs hosted by a showman capable of constantly reinventing himself across Rai, Mediaset, and La7.

The protagonist: Piero Chiambretti

Piero Chiambretti was born in Aosta on May 30, 1956, the son of the poet Felicita Chiambretti, and grew up in Turin. After an experience as a disc jockey and tour entertainer on cruise ships, he debuted on Rai in 1984 by winning the competition "A new face for the 80s." Known to the public as "Pierino la peste" (Pierino the nuisance) for his irreverent journalism, he has hosted cult programs throughout his career such as Chiambretti c'è, Markette on La7, and Chiambretti Night on Mediaset. He presented the Sanremo Festival twice, in 1997 alongside Mike Bongiorno and Valeria Marini and in 2008 with Pippo Baudo. Among his most recent programs are Grand Hotel Chiambretti, #CR4 - La Repubblica delle Donne, Tiki Taka - La Repubblica del pallone, and La TV dei 100 e uno. Also an author of books, including the autobiography authorized by his daughter Margherita published in 2021, Piero Chiambretti remains one of the most original and long-standing hosts in Italian television.

What is an original autographed photograph?

An original autographed photograph is a unique piece in which the artist's signature has been applied directly to the print, without intermediaries or mechanical reproductions. It is recognized by verifiable elements such as the irregular pressure of the stroke, the three-dimensionality of the ink on the paper, and the spontaneity of the graphic gesture, elements absent in printed signatures or facsimiles. Added to this is the MTM Letter of Authenticity (LOA), issued free of charge, with the possibility of a third-party COA for internationally recognized protection. The value of an autographed photograph grows over time in relation to the popularity and television relevance of the signer.
