An extraordinary collector's item for every rock fan: the "4" CD, the fourth studio album by Slash Featuring Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators, released on February 11, 2022, by the newly formed label Gibson Records in partnership with BMG. The red cover, featuring the band's famous logo, is hand-signed by Slash in black marker, written large and clearly, next to the official PSA certificate with number AL25246. The piece includes the original CD with the complete ten-song tracklist — from "The River Is Rising" to "Fall Back To Earth" — the inner booklet with photos of the band, and an original Dunlop Tortex pick from the official merchandise, with the "Slash 4" logo on one side and the guitarist's signature skull on the other. Excellent condition, cover and disc perfectly preserved.

The guitarist: Slash

Saul Hudson, known as Slash (Hampstead, London, July 23, 1965), is one of the most famous and influential guitarists in the history of world rock. Becoming a legend as a member of Guns N' Roses from 1985, he contributed to the creation of songs that entered the collective imagination such as "Sweet Child O' Mine", "Paradise City", and "November Rain", before leaving the band in 1996. After his experience with Slash's Snakepit and Velvet Revolver, along with Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum, he embarked on a successful solo career alongside singer Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators, with whom he has released four studio albums, of which "4" represents the most recent chapter. Recognized for his unmistakable style on the Gibson Les Paul and for his iconic top hat, Slash also rejoined Guns N' Roses in 2016, while keeping his solo career actively ongoing.

What is an autographed cover CD?

An autographed cover CD is a musical medium whose case bears the artist's original signature, applied directly to the printed paper in a certified presence, without intermediaries. It is distinguished from reproductions by the spontaneity of the graphic gesture, the irregular pressure of the stroke, and the three-dimensionality of the ink on the surface. Added to these visual elements is the MTM Letter of Authenticity (LOA) issued free of charge, along with the PSA/DNA Certificate of Authenticity from an internationally recognized independent body. The collectible value of such a signed piece grows even further when, as in this case, it is accompanied by an original accessory linked to the artist's official merchandise, such as the included guitar pick.
