The internal collar label features the gold inscription "HELLAS VERONA / 30th anniversary / Scudetto / 1984-1985" with a dedication to Osvaldo Bagnoli, the coach who led the club to that memorable triumph. Massimo Donati (San Vito al Tagliamento, March 26, 1981) is a former Italian midfielder with a highly distinguished international career. After progressing through Atalanta's youth ranks, he established himself in Serie A with several teams before making the move to Celtic in Glasgow in 2007, where he won the 2007/08 Scottish championship and the 2008/09 Scottish League Cup, and also made a name for himself on Champions League nights. Upon returning to Italy, he played for Sampdoria, Bari, Palermo, and finally Hellas Verona, where he arrived in the summer of 2013. In that 2013/14 season — Verona's first back in Serie A after eleven years — he made 20 league appearances, contributing to the Scaligeri's high-level performance. During the summer 2014 pre-season, with the club preparing its new commemorative kit for the 30th anniversary of the Scudetto, this shirt with the number 5 was prepared for him. Transferred to Bari in Serie B in August 2014 before the start of the season, this shirt represents the last authentic document of his connection with the Gialloblu club.
