Andrea Ranocchia (Assisi, February 16, 1988) is an Italian central defender who spent a significant part of his career at Inter, where he played from January 2011 to 2022, totaling 226 official appearances and contributing to winning one Scudetto, two Italian Cups, and one Italian Supercup. In the 2012/2013 season, the one for this item, he was already a mainstay of the black and blue defense, appreciated for his physical build and ability to read the game. In the following season, he would receive the captain's armband as Javier Zanetti's heir.
