Antonio Cabrini (Cremona, October 8, 1957) is one of the greatest full-backs in the history of Italian football and one of the absolute protagonists of Juventus in the seventies and eighties. A modern and offensive left-back before the concept even existed, he was associated with Juventus for thirteen consecutive seasons, becoming captain from 1988 to 1989. With the Bianconeri, he won five Scudetti, one European Cup, one Cup Winners' Cup, and one UEFA Cup, forming one of the strongest defensive lines of all time alongside Zoff, Scirea, and Gentile. With the Italian National Team, he won the World Cup on July 11, 1982, in Madrid. The Kappa livery with Ariston sponsor is what Cabrini wore during Juventus's most glorious years — and he has affixed his signature to this artwork, making this canvas a historical document of Bianconeri football.
