Daniele Massaro (Monza, May 23, 1961) is one of the most technical and lethal strikers in the history of AC Milan. An offensive midfielder of great intelligence and technical refinement, he experienced his best years in the Rossoneri jersey between the late 1980s and mid-1990s, becoming an absolute protagonist of Capello's Milan. With the Rossoneri, he won four Scudetti, two European Cups, and two Intercontinental Cups. His most famous performance remains the 1994 Champions League final against Barcelona in Athens, where he scored a brace in the historic 4-0 victory, which remains one of the most extraordinary results in the competition's history. With the Italian National team, he was called up for the 1982 World Cup — won by Italy in Spain — and played in the 1994 USA World Cup final. A champion who greatly contributed to Milan's history.
